bought this as a project and have not done anything to it. when it rains it holds water so all the rivets in the bottom are good and tight. I have to tilt it up and drain it after each rain storm. The transom is great no rot. the wood seats are solid but could use a light sand and fresh sealer, the cable steering is not functional and would need to be re cabled or swapped out for a new helm and rack steering. I did replace the extremely old homemade trailer with a more modern on. trailer has new lights, new tires and rims, new hand jack, new 2" coupler, and a new winch. I have about $400 into the trailer itself, and $500 into the boat.
Selling together for $500. just don't see me having the time to put into it.
