New to site and pretty darn excited!
I just got my dad's old Larson boat he bough in the 50's. We fell on hard times in 62 and mom sold it to my uncle with a 7.5 Johnson and trailer for 200.00.
I never knew it was his until I was in my 30's( I'am 61 now).
Anyhow, I am going to restore it and drop on an era motor I have restored, and use it. I have been restoring old Johnson's and the like for 30 years.
I have added two pics, one of the boat and one of the model/serial # off of the starboard hull near the front seat.
I from what I know it's a 14ft Commodore. The cast rear corner plates have Larson on them.
Any feed back on how to date this model exactly would be appreciated.
Best regards.

P.S. I actually grew up near Larson Motor Service and Crestliner in North Little Falls . I use to spend some of my time pestering John Monahan at Larson Motor service in the summer as a lad.
