Very nice job. Waiting till winter to tear into mine. Some advise from someone who found out the hard way: the red "foam" lined rod holders break down quickly if left in heat and sun. Nice boat!
I think the courses r a great idea. Rules of the road, courtesy, and right of way all go a long way to avoid confusion on any body of water and often help avoid hands around the necks of some. hee hee
The tin foil and steel box have both worked for me. Keeping temp as close to 200 degrees is the secret tho. If temp gets too hi, i have found that the meat will "seal" and not allow that wonderful smoke flavoring to absorb throughout the meat. Happy cooking! :lol:
