I would like to take out my middle bench seat, but it is riveted in. So if I do this and just drill those rivets out, what is the best way to repair those holes left by the missing rivets?

Can someone give me advice on how to pull the middle bench seat on my Alumacraft 1442. My boat is riveted and I am not sure how to pull it out without messing up the rivets holding it in place. Any thoughts or pics will be greatly appreciated.
