Should I fix this or leave it alone. I have checked the rivets for leakage. None were found. If I fix it, what's the simplest solution. According to the PO the damage has been there for 10 years. Thanks

How much Vinyl did you end up ordering for your entire build?

Got the boat off the trailer and flipped.....it wasn't pretty but I got it done. I'm sure you guys have seen a boat upside down so I'm not going to post a picture. LOL... The Dirty Mule

yes it is pricey....that's why I was looking to get an average amount from others who have built with alum framing. Lumber is easy to return and cheap to buy. Either way, I'm going to order a bunch this week and if its enough then its enough and if it isn't I'm sure I can find a good use for it...

To the members who have used aluminum angle to deck there mods, what is the avg linear feet used? I'm trying to order my metal online and its driving me crazy because I keep adding a few feet here and there on my deck lay out. So instead of driving myself nuts I figured that someone on here...

How thick is the aluminum decking? and did you buy it in 4x8 sheets? thanks looks great.... also, what kind of seats are those. I really like the look.

Thanks for the Input. I also have a question about the wood that I should use. I have read a lot about 3/4" marine ply that is laminated together but I have a connection with a small lumber mill that could mill me 1 piece of hard wood, oak or something similar. then I could seal it like normal...
