the boat sit in the water about 3/4" with no one in it with me and my son there is about 400 hundred pounds in the boat and it sits about 2 1/2" deep in the water maybe 3 the other thing is with two batteries in the back and a full tank of gas 3 1/2 gallons the boat sits 1/2" lower to the back.
sorry for the late reply been working out of town. Stability is really good I weigh 317 and can stand on every edge without any problems. I used 1/2" ply just because it was a little less weight.
Might want to consider moving one battery to the front. That is a prettty long way to strech out wire it will really put a strain on your battery, but besides that looks great cant wait to see more pics.
