Just finished my deck. Just wondering how well piano hinges work for the hatch. I was thinking that installing screws in the side of plywood wouldn't hold that well. Has anyone ever had any problems using piano hinges for their hatches? Guy :?:

Thanks Joe, Great Job on your boat. It must of cost a fortune for all of that alluminum. I think what I might do is to use 2x2s under the 2x4s at the center. Thanks again, Guy
