Thank you for the info guys... The front hatch, not so bad.. The rear hatch i almost took the sledge hammer to... But like my co worker says, you cant see it from his house... lol....

Lower roller has been replaced with the bunk set up in my original post. It was all bent and flimsy, the front of the boat wobbled around while on the trailer. It had to be changed, the set up now is much more stable. The V bow stop is next to be changed out once i find a solution I'm happy...

I have a roller on the front im looking to replace (picture to follow). How far forward should i put the replacement bracket and the bunk... Also im looking for a new solution to the bow stop i currently have... Any suggestions are appreciated...

Thank you for the reply.. I did the front hatch.. almost sits flat, one side of it is raised up just a tad, you cant even really tell..

Is there some secrets to mounting these, how far down should they set. etc... Im at the point to start getting the hatches put on and im at a stuck point and dont want to start drilling holes and it be wrong.. Thanks for any help...

A good ole fashion sander and some 80 grit sand paper :) Rain here they are saying the next 3 days so I doubt ill get anything else done... I need to locate Monark stickers unless I can salvage the ones on the boat...

Safe way to remove the registration sticker from the outside of the boat? 13 hours later the outside is all sanded :)
