Just acquired this 18ft Jon boat......I'm thinkin 3 nice seats... maybe 15 to 20 hp tiller..... Lights, Bilge pump, elect.Trolling Motor......Want to keep it light as I can......

16 ft Alumacraft....1961.... Bought it completely gutted. put a 50hp merc on, 10 hp Johnson kicker, spent an entire winter putting it together. GREAT all around fishin boat!

A friend of mine recently passed away, and I acquired his 1986 6hp Merc and a 1974 4hp merc. If these motors run good and pump water, what would be a fair price to ask for them? Any help would be appreciated! Also what would be the correct Gas / oil mix ratio for these motors? Like to get them...

What would be the measurments for short shaft and long shaft Outboards. I think I want a short shaft for my 18ft Jon Boat. Need to be able to tell the difference..... Any help would be appreciated!

Need help identifying my18ft Jon Boat. There is a plate on the front but it is too worn to read. I Would like to know the Manufacturer, but more important I need to know what HP it is rated for and the weight capacities. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Just bought a 1988 18ft Crestliner aluminum Boat. Both sides of the boat are marked up where the "Blue" on the sides of the boat is (It looks like vinyl stripes... not paint). How do I remove the vinyl? Also the Bottom is VERY stained. The boat was docked in a fresh water lake every summer...
