Need some help picking out a new boat.

Ericman I haven't seen the princcraft boat. What sold me was Seaark was 24 feet long and had a 15 degree vee hull. It's the same hull as on their Bay boat, which is kinda what I wanted. In a couple years I plan on retiring in the Florida keys and this boat will work great there. Right now the...

Need some help picking out a new boat.

Beardstown Illinois has a Seaark dealer and I see a lot of advertisements from Cooks Boats down south. As far as price I special ordered mine so price wasn't too flexible, but was able to upgrade a couple things. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cool part of this boat is the couches / boxes will come out with removing a few screws. It opens the front floor completely. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

B&R Marine in Taylorville Illinois. Price seems a little flexible at different dealerships throughout the Midwest but this was close for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is my 2017 Big Easy with a Suzuki 200. Absolutely love this boat ! Dog and I fish mostly and family goes with occasionally. Handles well, can run a bank crappie fishing, and extremely stable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cheap handheld GPS for the boat

I have an older garmin 72. When it's off it doesn't kill the AA is it. Mines been off for 1.5 years and still works great. You can find them pretty cheap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looking at new boats. Questions. Long post. hope that's ok !

I've always thought the wider the boat the more stable it is to enter or move around. If you put a powered winch on the front, any size boat in your range, will load really easy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What horsepower should I put on a Lowe 1667 ?

I had a 1648 and put a tiller 1998 Suzuki 25hp on it. Loaded it would go 26 mph gps, and by myself it would go 30mph. Those older Suzuki 3cylinders were fast. If the new 25 and 30 hp motors are equal priced go with the 30. If there is a big price difference I would be happy with the 25, not sure...

    lowrance question

I run 2 hds units on console and an elite dsi on the bow. I run gps and sidescan on console and only use downscan off the bow. I'm unable to network them also. Maybe there's another HDS in my future. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New Boat Power Distribution Seaark Big Easy

Right now trolling motor is wired 24v and thought I could pull 12v off one trolling battery just for the side / down scans? Everything else is off starter battery and don't want to run it down and not start big motor. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    lowrance question

Does it have the Ethernet plug on the chirp to receive the data ? If it doesn't than I don't think you can link them. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Post a Pic of your boat!

A flat floor and raised front deck are really nice to have in a boat. Makes fishing easier and more comfortable. Fishing is definitely addictive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
