Post a Pic of your boat!

Finally picked up a new to me rig. 1995 17.5x52 Weld-Craft Flat Bass with a 1995 90/65 Mariner jet. Rides like a Cadillac compared to my old setup. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180613/74f90a35372b4d96fdca7fbbb03f0b8d.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180613/167cc5a8efdd306b2aec2d6c9791947...

1976 18x48 Ouachita Jon conversion, Pictures are back!

Well, I suppose this is the end. The boat was sold to my nephew this week. This ugly old girl served us well for 10 years. However, on to bigger and better. Bought a 17.5 x 52 Weldcraft with 90/65 Mariner onboard. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180610/55f16241a8b1346ce2b24c18d7539024.jpg https:/...

Wiring question 1995 Mariner 90

Converting 1995 Mariner/ Mercury 90/65 jet from 3 wire tilt/ trim to 2 wire. I have ordered the kit with the relays to replace the solenoids. I have 1 wiring question. I get all of the wiring EXCEPT, where do these 2 wires (one connector) get reattached? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180605/edc...

Little additional update, wound up changing out my impeller, apparently had a very old inefficient design in it. Boat picked up considerably afterwards. Light load, my 12 year old son and me in the boat I have clocked it at 30mph down stream. Not bad for antique equipment. https://uploads.tapatalk-c...

Well, its only been 6 years since I updated this. LOL The old girl has seen some serious river use in that time frame. Getting ready to gut at least the rear for rebuild #2. The plywood has finally given up (front deck is still perfect), it will be aluminum framed and decked this time. I'll try and ...

What type of bunks do you guys have on your jet boat trailer

Used Treated 2x6s on the bottom and 2x4s for the guides covered in HD indoor outdoor carpet when I built my trailer. And I'll throw out this advice, somebody told me this carpet wouldn't last, well 4.5 years later it is still in really good shape. This is the advice, I have one place that the carpet...

How is everybody doing? Been gone a while.

Haven't stopped by here in a while, thought I'd drop in and say howdy. Going to uncover my boat for the first time this year tonight and head out to the river in the morning. Made me think I haven't checked in on Tin Boats in forever. Life's been busy. And I'm sure some of you might be curious about...

If you have a moment my family and I could use your prayers.

Hey guys thought I'd pop in to this thread for a little update in anyone ever wondered. A little over 2 years have past now since we got the bad news and we are doing well. Been a crazy busy year, we spent plenty of time on the river this year in the old barge, but get this, I never even bought a fi...

Fox body mustang burning out with a tin strapped to the roof

I've got the complete driveline out of our 1987 Foxbody 5.0 that only had 50K miles on it, for sale. Includes the World Class 5-spd transmission and locking rear end. Standard bore block w/new cam bearings. I'll bite on the trans, how much? I really need a back up for my car. https://www.jsiskphoto...
