Hub size

I cleaned up the above mentioned freebies. These are for a 1.980 hub. They're older generic models that have been on & off several trailers, but they work fine afaik. You're probably better off just buying new. Shipping is probably $10ish , I see several generic models on Amazon for $15ish Let me kn...

Jon Boat Outboard

FWIW, I paid $3650 (+ tax) for my 2017 F25SWHC.

Edit to add:
Keep an eye out for incentives. I got 4 or $500
in in dealer credit during a fall season incentive.

Mounting 2" round tachometer

Perhaps a couple of brackets over the gunnel to hang it, and / or a piece of angle attached between the ribs to support it from below.

Oil extractor?

Yep, I have a Mityvac 7201. I use it on all of my
vehicles, one of my better investments.

Not endorsing the seller, just the 1st link that popped up:

Motor selection

That's a 16" transom, requires a short shaft motor.

Yamaha doesn't offer PTT on a short shaft F25.

Suzuki may be an option for you:

Cleaning In-Tank Filter

I installed this little water separator/filter when
I re-powered my little 14ft. Probably overkill for
6 gallon portable tank, but it gives me piece of mind.

Tomahawk Nationals 2019

Would you happen to know Allan Nacke? He lives right on the Tippecanoe River down in Battleground, In. Lesa and I went to his house on the Monday following Tomahawk and enjoyed their hospitality. What a great guy and amazing shop and outboard collection! No, I can't say I do. I'm not really a part ...

Cool stuff.

We've been to several MOB meets at Webster Lake In.
One of the guys there has several Clarke Trollers, by far my favorite motor.

Additives - Ring Free vs. StarTron?

 I think you're stirring the pot. I use ringfree because Yamaha sez I should. I don't use very much, so what the heck. If I used a lot of fuel I might reconsider. I've never used any fuel additive in any other engine I've owned in the past 50 or so years, never had a fuel related issue. They g...

EFI and Carb motor storage?

Oh, VST, I was thinking fuel / water separator.
Regardless, I don't drain either.

I do run ringfree and stabilizer every tank.
Who knows if it actually does anything, but
for the little bit I use, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.

EFI and Carb motor storage?

I have a Yamaha. Last trip out I add stabilizer / conditioner to my fuel (non ethanol) at Yamaha's recommended ratio for extended storage. When I get home I disconnect the fuel line at the motor, connect a small container of fuel mixed up with Yamaha's EFI Fogging Oil & some more stabilizer, and run...
