15 HP Evinrude help - No power or rpms

dont dismiss the need of the reed valve spacers and exhaust tube. The motor needs to breathe properly with the different carb so you may not see much difference without them. I dont have any direct experience with this motor but was an automotive mechanic most of my life and I can tell you to maximi...

Not to specifically fix the problem but to help us see the setup so that someone might have seen it and knew exactly what you were missing the guy who did it probably did not have any red tape handy and had blue. He was prob...

mk tm 55# bowmount 12v 42 in shaft

hipster dufus wrote:i wonder if i did that if it
would effect the mount geometry. in other words,is the mount the same for a 36in shaft and a 42in shaft/
the mount is the same

it would cost Minn Kota too much to use different mounts

I cut a few down in my time, easy to do works fine

Made A Trailering System For My Truck

not sure about this one I would at least put a light (or 2) on the back of the motor instead of relying on a life jacket for visability I could be afraid of getting t boned or clipped by someone not paying attention in the darker hours or low visibility conditions. No one is going to expect a boat h...
