Yes, those are water ski....$5 at the flea market! they are screw onto the 2x6. yes, those are PVC pipes...the boat sit on the water ski not the pipes. I use the pipes as a guide when i put the boat back on the trailer, so it dead center. Just got back from the lake..it worked!

Ok, I bought the motor plus the original gas tank for $180! Took it home and open it up for a closer inspection. the inside is clean...the carb is spotless no residue, everything look intact. Checked the impeller, it look like its brand new...no crack so what ever. I believe with new gas, this...
