    I have a 1648 Grizzly with a 2000 3cylinder 35hp Johnson 2 stroke tiller and I am running 28kt's = 32.2mph. I am also running a 11 pitch stainless steel omc prop.

    what is this boat?

    That would be the angle plate connecting the sides to the transom on an older starcraft! I used to have one it was deffinetly the poster boat of TIN boats LOL. 16ft long and you could carry it on your shoulder.
