Hi All, I have a 1983 Evinrude 25 HP motor. Real nice shape and runs great. My question is when flushing motor there is no way to mount muffs for motor flushing? The water inlets are not on the vertical part of the motor shaft, and the only way i am able to flush is to put motor in a barrel...

Guys, i'll take your advice and make sure to do a freshwater rinse after use. I will be launching out of Whale Creek marina, strathmere, NJ area. I have a galvenized trailer would it make sense to attach a Zinc Anode to the trailer? Thanks, Tony
