I'm redoing my bath room and I'm stumped on where to stub out my plumbing for the vanity. My vanity I'm getting has drawers on the left side and doors on the right. I'm getting ready to repaint my engine and there are spots on the upper cowl where the gel coat either chiped or peeled off. Now there is fiberglass fibers showing. I was wounder what I have to do to fix this before painting. Do I have to gel coat that spot or the whole cowl?
