Noobie boat owner here looking for help please. The previous owner used metal cable for a strap. I'm replacing it with an actual strap. How or what is a good way to attach it to the winch? Sorry for such dumb question, but I'm a first time boat owner. Thanks in advance for any help.

Where are you planning to put the transducer? I was told by a member on here that the SI will be affected by the TM, cuz of it turning. Just a note. Humminbird.com has a 678c HD DI for 399.99 which you could find somewhere cheaper I'm sure. I couldn't find an SI for around $400. Good luck in ya...

I'm looking at getting the 678c for the bow and was going to put transducer on the TM. I've read reviews where people are saying it's very sensitive to the trolling motor. Anyone have an opinions or any tips to prevent this? Greatly appreciate any info and thanks in advance.
