    How did you take out and install the inner transom? Did you have to drill out the rivets on the supports and re rivet? What about the end caps? Did you have to take those out?

    I took home this awesome Craigslist find for $250 bucks with a trailer and an older 18hp Evinrude that runs! I got her home changed the plugs, lower unit oil, and mixed up fresh gas and she fired up on the first pull! I was pretty excited that she runs and took her fishing the very next morning...
