Just bought this boat from a fellow Tinboater and he did a great job on it. I'd like to go from the current 8 hp to a 15 or 20 hp, but the transom has some flex to it. How much is too much? I've posted a YouTube video of the flex in action. He rebuilt the transom with 3/4" plywood. Should I add...
