Is my boat good to deck.how do u measure it to see if good to deck. Its a 14 ft

i have a ted williams 7.5 hp that i dont know how to used. its a clutch drive twist engine, it dont have reverse only saids stop,shift zone,fast, start. does any one know how to used it. i want to know what the shift zone is for.

Pictures of how i got the boat and the modifications i did. i wanted to keep it simple as possible. Not as fancy as other boats here but iam happy for what it turn out to.As u can see one of the seats still needs the patted foam.To complete these mod all i need is a trolling motor and the battery.

i picked this boats up with its trailer, tags and a 2 stroke engine for 300 buck.What u all think?
