yea man im 6'8 300....i got this for 250 bucks....i figured i can build it up an trade it or sell it an get a wide 14 footer...im limited to 14 cause i have a 50 foot houseboat in a 60x16 foot slip

i just baught a 1436 john boat sanded it an started to paint(almost done) need to straightin a bend in one side an then im goin to deck the front....whats the best way to make a cardboard template and whats the best ply to use for the deck....thanks ...oh heres a pic of my boat so far...bottom...
