Nice build, I have a lowe 160fm which is similar to yours and I love mine. Is the powerdrive 24v? Also have you tried the tm yet?Thinking of upgrading my 45lb edge to a powerdrive 55lb just not sure if the 10lb upgrade is worth 600 bucks.

Just curious, what is your starting method? I have a mid 90s 30hp rude (no serial number anywhere) that I sometimes have issues with. The initial start up is not bad sometimes first try it starts others 2nd or 3rd. Its when I want to cruise to another fishing spot that the motor will crank but...

I have a similar boat like yours. Its a 1432, i know all jon boats are made diff but i believe you will be ok with 2 people and light mods. I posted some pics of my boat and it does fine with mods, batt, and trolling motor. I would not deck anything higher than the benches though. Good luck.
