i finally got it put together and on the water today. everything did great but the motors pisser cloged and i pulled the boat out and got it back to the house and found a munch of seeds under the engine cover and manipulating the pee hole with an air compressor i got it unclogged and it spit...

carpeting is simple. cut wood to fit. go to lows and buy plastic/boat carpet and wrap it around to the back side and staple. if you want to carpet the fiberglass i dont know what to do

well i just had someone check on my house (out of town) and the door to my house was open (nothing in the house has been touched) but they stole my $600 trail camera! :evil: WTF

not trying to hijack the thread but trail cameras are so useful for catching more than animals haha. i think i might get a gas can full of gas and dump a bag of sugar in it and see if they steel it. when they steel it and put it in their car/mower the sugar caramelizes and destroys the engine...

thanks for pointing that out. ill check into the prop. as far as the foam i have used it alot and it dries to a real hard type foam that wont hold/absorb water. (sandable, paintable, ect) if im not mistaken i think water can be used to help cure it. not sure though. anyway its commonly used...

i dont have any action pics but here is my cj7 jeep im building right now. im saving up to do a cummins turbo diesel setup and get rid of the rest of the weak drive train and go with a flexy coil over set up. im having fun like it is but its got a long way to go in my eyes.
