    johnson evinrude fittinging leaking at engine

    I just bought a '62 evinrude speedtwin 28hp and the fuel fitting that mates up to the engine leaks pretty good. Is the fix as simple as buying a new fitting or just bending the little metal clip on the fitting? Should there be an O-ring on the female end to create a seal?
