    Transom question

    I plan on replacing the transom soon. Should I keep the transom the same dimensions? Or should I extend the transom near the bottom? Going to put on an 8hp motor.

    What's the preferred method to painting the exterior, roll on paint with foam brush or rattle can spray paint?

    Fuel line quick disconnect ?

    Is it necessary to have a quick disconnect from the tank to fuel line? The one that i just picked up off Craigslist is held on my a clamp. Thanks

    New boat

    After a 2 hour trip last night, she's finally home. Got a pretty sweet deal. Transom needs a bit of work but overall the boat is solid.

    OSB for decking and floor?

    1st boat ever!

    paint removal ?

    What's the best way to remove old paint? Should I use an orbital sander, if so, what grit paper should I use? Or should I use a paint remover wheel that attaches to my grinder? Thanks in advance 1st post done...many more to come :lol:
