I have an older jetfoot on a 1982 Johnson 70hp. The exhaust pipe in the jetfoot has a hole rusted in it. How do I remove the pipe to replace it? I drilled out the two screws in the side and trying to pull the tube out with a slide hammer, but no movement. Anyone done it before?

Don't burn it in an engine with aluminum heads. It will cause the exhaust valve to stick. I found out the hard way on a Honda and Kawasaki on lawn mowers. [-X

Looks good. I'll be interested to see your progress. I have a 1652 MonArk that I'll be starting a redo on in the near future. BTW I'm from the Evergreen/Andalusia area. :)
