I have a 1969 12' Hewes that I bought recently. Obviously been banged around but not too bad. I sanded the hull and coated all the rivets/seams with Glove-It. Also the same with the interior plus a thick coat of anti skid paint. It seems to be leaking right at the center. I filled it with water and the only leak came from inside the keel (poured to the rear). So I am assuming the water is entering through the rear (open end) of the keel and up through the floor where I can't get to it. Pretty frustrated now and about ready to paint the entire hull with Flex Seal which probably is a waste anyway. Any advice would sure be appreciated. Thanks.
