I'm planning the interior of a project boat I'm working on. I don't have the seats yet but want to plan the structure and need the dimension between the seat center post and where the steering post meets the console. I would appreciate it if anyone with a steering setup could take this measurement for me. Thanks in advance.

The project if you're interested

If you can't take a measurement yourself a full build is going to be... a bit difficult.

Unless i'm miss-reading something here...

He's taken it all apart and doesn't have a measurement to put it back.
I don't have a measurement for you, but it seems like I did one at 19", but that may have been from the console base. Just get in the boat, put the seat in and sit down, adjust to your liking. What fits me, mat not fit you.
Someone should come along with an answer.
