Alright guys, I didn't realize the boat was disconnected from the winch and it slid off as I was backing down the ramp. 
Some lessons are learned the hard way. #-o
The transom tolling motor put a nice size hole thru the transom, I had that welded shut. I didn't think about it at the time but there are a lot of minor leaks along the bottom edge where the aluminum hit the concrete. I have already clean/sanded the area on the inside and painted with gluvit. It still leaks.
I tried filling it up with water before the gluvit and it didn't leak hardly at all.
Any ideas? I was thinking about maybe going to the welder and getting some sort of plate put on?
