 My partner Fred and I finished 4th out of eight boats. We had five fish for 6.63lbs. This is the first club tourney of the year where we actually culled fish. Three of them to be exact. Soft plastics fished on the outer edges of the pads and lipless cranks fished near the surface did most of the damage. Suprisingly a few solid bass were caught. Lunker went 5.4lbs

Do they make you wear your pfd's or is it something you normally do?
A lunker of over 5lbs,toal weight under 8...those other 4 fish just made it.

In club tournaments here, you must wear the PFD while the motor is on.

Nice job in the placement of this Tourney. Not too much difference from where you placed to first........ =D>

It's been 3-4 years since I tournament fished.
They would make us where pfd's when motoring(gas)but we could take them off when using the trolling motor.
It could of changed by now,not sure;trying to stay away till the kids get out of their sports.
