This is my first time posting but a long time looking at threads on this forum.

I am beginning to do a total overhaul on a 1993 Mirrocraft 3654. This will be a total gut and overhaul job with a total retrofit of all structural members using 3/16" aluminum angle and 1/8" aluminum for all interior deck / compartment surfaces. I will be replacing the transom of the boat with rectangular aluminum tube. I plan to foam fill all voids and run conduit for all electrical wiring.

Thus far, I have stripped all of the old decking and structure from the boat, removed the old aluminum storage compartments & supports, and sent it out for sandblasting with ground glass.

I will post pictures once I get her back.

Finish: This is where I need some recommendations. My plan is as follows (let me know if it makes sense and if the products mentioned work well):
Prep entire boat with alumiprep, rinse & dry
Wipe down entire boat with alodine, rinse & dry
Exterior: coat with gluvit, soapy water wash & dry
Exterior: topcoat (2) with Parker duck boat paint
Interior: coat with zinc chromate primer
Interior: topcoat (2) with Parker duck boat paint
Interior: coat floor with herculiner

Any input is appreciated.
