Tohatsu 1991 model M25C - Teleflex Steering Questions?

So I am set up for stick steering and I really like it, but in my setup it actually takes up more room than a side console would.

I am going to build a side console so I have a few questions I am sure you guys could help me with:

1. How much will this cost?
2. What exactly do I need to set this thing up? Would Teleflex steering work? I have the controls obviously, but what else do I need? Could you point me in the direction via craigslist or another site? Something like this? https://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/...en/common/search/search-box.jsp.form23&Go.x=0
I have a 65 dollar credit to Cabelas, and I am buying a MonArk steering wheel for 15 bucks, is this all I need?
3. What kind of knowledge do I need to get this running? I have set up the boat for stick steer, not very hard, is it similar?

Anything? I am assuming you guys with steering wheels can point me in the right direction - type of wheel, steering setup, dealer, etc.

Check out my build thread it was easy https://www.tinboats.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=4855. I don't remember my teleflex steering costing that much but that one your looking at will work. You may need a hub adapter for the steering wheel but I doubt it. How long of cables do you need? I have a used teleflex system with wheel out of my speed boat I'd make you a screaming deal on.
