That is why I wear an inflatable life jacket. I also keep a throwable device and another foam life jacket on board and not tied to the boat. If for some reason the boat turns over and my inflatable does not work for some reason, I may be able to get to another one. I have been through the coldwater shock treatment while in Hartford Conn. one time. It stings like crazy.

I know alot of us guys still fish the cold water. If something was to happen to anyone, this video may just make the difference in fishing another day or not.

I always wear my PFD while running the big motor...but this has me thinking that I should wear it all the time when it is cold. Good stuff, thanks for posting.
