There are a few technical terms in the description but I'm sure those of you with an engineering background will be quite able to follow a long and while not cheap, I'm sure the government will buy it.

great i'm a mechanic by trade and that gave me a headache, duh =P~ , you know its funny how one part can have 4 names depending on which supplier your talking to.lol
