Wanted to make the perfect baby-back ribs that everyone loves. Tournament ribs are a different bear than something you feed your friends.

So how do you really like your baby-backs?

McWHAT ????????????

Not even on the list !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plain Baby Backs, no sauce, no rub. Season with sea salt or Crazy Jane to taste, cook 'em low 'n slow on the Weber kettle or in the smoker at 250 for 3-5 hours, using apple wood for the smoke as soon as they go on and then several times throughout the cooking process.

If you MUST use sauce, #-o be sure to smoke the sauce after applying it to the ribs. [-o<

Salt the ribs a little heavy and you've got bacon on a bone. 8) :LOL2:
