Sandy Springs Ga has one just off johnsons ferry road that looks like a white pine also. Sticks out like a sore thumb!
 
There is one in Detroit Michigan. Its a pine tree, I have had to climb it twice now, once for maintenance and once for upgrades......its a PITA.

I have never seen a cell tower disguised t look like a tree.
Even it if looked fake, I would think it looks better than the real thing...
