Very simple question.....

What's your 1 favorite Christmas Song?

Mine is, "The Christmas Song"....(Chestnuts roasting on an open fire.....)

There are many very jazzy arrangements of it and it always makes me smile when I hear a good version.

I can't pick just one.

My wife is singing O Holy Night at church on Christmas Eve. Love that one.

Another that has gone into fairly heavy rotation on the mp3 player this season: https://store.caseystratton.com/track/i-wonder-as-i-wander

Okay...you're right. I can't pick just one either. :D I love O Holy Night too and will be singing that with one of my choirs this year. BUT...when you mentioned "I Wonder as I Wander".....Love that one too. On the 17th, with still another musical group that I'm part of....we will be performing our Christmas Caroling Service and we are doing the Manhattan Transfer version of this. 4 part harmonies with full instrumentation and all. It's sooooo cool. I'll try to get some video this year to share. Also like the soulful versions of "Go Tell it on the Mountain". James Taylor has a great version that I sing every year too. Yeah...I can't pick just one either.

This one ranks near the top if it's not my fav :D

I can't pick a favorite, but I can pick a modern christmas favorite.

Let it be Christmas by Alan Jackson.

Ayuh, that's the one. Second would be 12 days of Christmas by Bob and Doug Mackenzie, next is Ding, Fries are Done. Not a big Christmas fan here.

Brine I had forgotten all about that song!!! LOL!!!!! My very favorite is "Mary did you know". My next favorite is "O Holy Night".

Vince Guaraldi - "Christmas Time is Here" from A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Not that song in particular, but "Linus and Lucy" is great.

"Christmas Time is Here" is a little too sad for me

One of the radio stations in Atlanta used to (may still I haven't checked this year) play Christmas music 24/7 from Thanksgiving until New Years Day. Good chance to hear ALL the great Christmas songs.

We have two CD's that we like to listen to around Christmas. One is a Mannheim Streamroller Christmas collection and the other is Dave Koz - December Makes Me Feel This Way.

Gotta agree with Johnny Mathis - but I'm also partial to Bing singing White Christmas - one of the top 3 best selling songs of all time - along with Roudolf The Red Nose Reindeer by Gene Autry and Elvis' Hound Dog --------- but, I don't think these are the top three songs anymore.............?

Im fond of the classics.

Tchaikovsky Nutcracker Suite is one of my favorites.
Its not your typical 4 minute song.
