The firm contends that that Taco Bell shouldn't market the taco meat filling in question as beef because their testing shows that it only contains 36 percent ground beef. If that's true, Taco Bell's meat filling product would fall below the already generous USDA standard for it to qualify as meat -- the present standard demands it consist of at least 40 percent meat.

Here is a question, What is the other 64% then?

I've heard that the only fast food place that uses lower quality meat that Sonic is Taco Bell, guess it's true.

My grandpa used to call Taco Bell the Mexican Phone Company :LOL2:

Oh goody my 2 favorite meat like substitutes, no wonders me like taco bell so much!

Many, many years ago they closed down a local ( Illinois) Pizza restaurant. Too many empty cans of dog food in the trash. A disgruntled employee turned them in. Rich

This won't stop me from spending my money there.

We've already just about eliminated ordering fries at fast food joints, now Taco Bell's meat isn't all meat................................I guess we'll just have a sweet tea to go from now on.



Haven't had a McRib since I tried one many, many years ago.


Most of the people I know that work at a fast food place will not eat there. :-k

I've gotten sick from a couple of the fast food places,so I just ride by & smile at those fools in line. :lol:
