Think this would be any good? I thought it looked a little too fake,what do you all think?

I think something like a Flappin Hog looks fake, but they will definitely catch fish. Those craws will catch fish, no question. I caught a fish on an unpainted, unsymmetrical, whittled popper that didn't look like anything a bass would eat. Bass will eat anything.

Thats what I was thinking.

I more and more like the ribbed baits, i think it gives the bass a nice texture to bite into and belive he will hold it longer.

kentuckybassman it might be that little fakeyness that draws the attention of that once in a lifetime bass, shoot you might even want to cut off one of those pinchers :wink:

I found them on bayououtdoors and I'm pretty sure a company named V&M and Cyclone baits was the name on their site. They have quite a bit of stuff.

That is V&M baits - I have a ton of their stuff.

I have never, ever caught a thing with it. They make these awesome leeches but the fish do not like them. Additionally, I tried to remelt some of their stuff - their plastic STINKS both in order and quality!

There baits do look great - ask Shizzy about the V&M Crawfish Tube that was our guide to New River Virgina last year. We kept in on the dash board for the entire trip

Oh yeah, we had lousy luck - I tossed the lure!
