This is my first ever brand new boat. Have had several boats but never a brand new one. Got an Old Town 119 one man canoe last night. Took it out today at my church's lake and caught about 15 largemouth. The 2 biggest weighed right at 3#s a piece. Here are some pics of my 119 and the first fish caught from it.BTW my other 2 boats are "tin".Good fishin, Scott Woody

Sweet man!!! I'm going on a overnight trip with my buddy's down the river in june. We'll be using canoes packed full of our gear and us.

That is a very nice canoe. I have a 12' Sears canoe that will get into places a tin can't. You can glide across lily pads and other vegetation with ease. I love it. My canoe is rated for 3 persons or 425lbs. Persons, Motors and Gear. That is more than my 14' Duracraft 1517 at 3 persons or 400lbs Persons, Motor and Gear.

Old Town canoes are great. I've had a Coleman for 20+ years and love it! Doesn't see much water anymore though since I gave birth to a tin. Guess you call that favoritism with the kids. :LOL2:

Looks good! I had to sell my canoe, partly because my bad back but also to help fund my jon boat purchase.
