My blocking software at school blocks the darnest things. First is was Fishinfanitics.com and the PAanglers.com, and now Eastern PA (epfr.net) it will only be a matter of time before this one too is blocked.

So if I do not return be safe and tight lines...

No, Say it isnt so!

Try an anonymous surfing software.

Like this https://webproxy.kaxy.com/index.php

See if that helps!

This one is better i think: https://www.the-cloak.com/anonymous-surfing-home.html

I thought you were loved in the fishinfanitic one, you were a moderater and all when I left.

Nope - we went our separate ways - and I am glad becuase otherwise I woudl not be here.

The .nets dont get blocked by my school filter, only the .coms. What system do you have Bensalem??

My school block a LOT of sites; here is how you get past it. Instead of https://tinboats.net/forum, use https://tinboats.net/forum, the difference is the letter S after https and before the ://. Good luck!

yes it is...and will always be that way! :D

Could be. I'm leaning toward Server Side Language because the blocking seems to be coming from the recipient's server and not the website.

lol no I was asking if tinboats has a ssl site  secure socket layer :) Believe it I know :)

I don't think Tinboats has an SSL site, but it might be hosted on an SSL server. SSL hardware is expensive and Jim isn't collecting membership dues here. :D

What I was saying is that perhaps the school's server isn't setup to to block httpss connections.

SSL is cheap just buy a cert and away we go with 443 ! I we could use a self signed cert for free! Stop google'n your life away:)

I agree with school not blocking ssl.
