Do y'all think this is worth fixing? The guy said he would take 150 for it.

That is a pretty big spot to patch, if you have the skills go for it, but if you are going to have to send it somewhere then you are going to have allot invested in it
 
I don't have the skills to fix that myself. Not sure I'd mess with it for that much $$. Maybe $50 cause it's not worth anything except scrap like it is.
