My house was built in 1963, I have a room in the basement that could be considered a bomb shelter. It has cement block on all 4 sides. One door opening, 32" wide. The room also has a bathroom with sink/stool/shower. REalistically, in my neck of the woods, its a tornado shelter.

Heck, last summer I moved my neighbors old shed with my S10 Blazer, tow strap, and chain. He needed it moved so he could build the new shed, so we moved it out of the way. Soemone bought it, they loaded it up on a trailer and hauled it away.
