I have been using mytopo.com to customize maps but I wanted to get a giant map made of KY/Barkley Lakes for my wall. Anyone know a source?

Try a local surveyor/ engineering outfit. Where I work they have a large plotter that can do all sorts of things. I have made may copies of maps at different sizes to keep in the boat and in my truck. They may charge a couple bucks but I would imagine it would be cheaper that a staples or kinkos.

My mind is a large map of ky /barkley lake.. I love fishing that place

I would like to get something 48" X 48". Something that would have the northern half of both lakes at least.

How about something like below? They're the thick waterproof kind, and open to 36" x 24". They sell them at our local WalMart

I have those, what I am looking for is something for my wall that is maybe half topo half photo. mytopo.com has these kind of hybrid maps and I want to hang it between a couple of fish mounts.

I took a look on-line at MapTech and USGS but couldn't find anything pertinent to those two lakes.

I see a few of my honey holes on those maps...
I fish a rock ledge on ky lake and have a great hump on barkley.. I might try to fish them in june

Wayne, have you ever launched at Kuttawa Harbor on Barkley (Lyons County public ramp)? Nice 3-wide ramp with a small courtesy dock.
