Yup, cord locks. Shop around, they're everywhere in every size. If you need just a few, wallyworld usually has a 2 or 4 pack over in the camping section (look by the hiking packs, near the repair parts section).

Nice :-D. I got tired of trying to figure out what they were called and wound up scavenging them from old bags/sweat shirts. Seams as tho my scavenged supply is down to 1 which is currently in the movers possession
