Can you keep a bream in a fish tank? It would probably be byitself except for some minnows. It would be aerated filtered and all that good stuff.
 
Ive done it in the past with no problems. I would suggest you add an algae eater to your tank . I always have a Plecostomus Catfish in mine to help keep things clean.

How big was your tank?
 
Yup. We had a 50 gallon with small bass, bluegill, and a couple catfish. And in the other we had a snake head and a grenel.
