If I was the boat owner, I wish he would mind his own business!!!! It was almost a total loss before Smokey started spraying it...... Can you say "insurance fire"???? Notice how the boat was right against the shore??? Occupants departed. Used to happen all the time in south Florida....

Judging from that fire, I think that boat is still a total loss. Maybe salvage a few engine parts but the fire may very well have started in the bilge, many do.

This story aired on the news last night. They showed a little more footage which included some video of the boat after the fire was put out. The boat was a total loss but the actions of the other boater prevented the fire from reaching the burning boats fuel tank. He even towed the burned out hull back to the dock afterwards.
