It's kind of went full circle hasn't it? Wasn't soda water home dispensers popular in the 50's-60's?

I bought one for my wife for Christmas and it hasn't made its way outta the box. Of course we are waiting to get moved into a new home, that's why we haven't used it yet.

For the cost of one of these ($130 not counting the cost of the flavors), I could buy (roughly) 86, 2 liter bottles of my favorite soda.

I think I'll pass...but it is interesting.

I am very intrigued by one but we really don't drink that much soda. Unless it is added to whiskey. But my wife the RN BSN doesn't let the girls drink soda because of the caffiene And sugars. With this thing you can get the mix flavors without all that. I almost had her convinced (for the kids sake that is.

I own a UPS Store and returns on these are non existant do to the fact of the pressurized canisters and the ones being returned are not happy with them.

You learn what to buy and not to buy owning a UPS Store.
