I'm not sure. The weather has been real screwy around here lately, and affected the water warming-up.

I think its the water sweet spot, but I'd have to look back at it.

Both are important, but I would give the edge to water temp.

When the water temp hits that magic number, those big girls start feeding and making their nests, getting everything in order, but I believe they actually spawn on the full moon, so for me they go hand n hand.
